Project Management, Construction Management and Owner's Representative

CFC consultants will assist in locating and preparing contracts with Architects, Engineers and Designers to take an idea and develop a set of design concepts and construction documents. Either during the design process or once the construction documents have been developed and approved, CFC will assisting in finding and contracting with the best contractor for the project. This can be done through an open bid process, invitation only bid process or negotiated price process.

Once a contractor is chosen, CFC will assist with the permitting process, construction scheduling and coordination between Owner, Design Team, City Inspections and General Contractor. CFC project management tracks material submittals, request for information from the General Contractor, Change Order proposals, Architect's Supplemental Instructions and other issues that will arise throughout the life of a construction project.

As the project comes to a close, CFC will assist with the multitude of issues which need to be handled to bring a construction project to a successful completion. Punch lists must be prepared and monitored until completed. Final audit and accounting of the financial aspect of the project must be reconciled. Commissioning of the facility must be done to assure the Owner that all systems are functioning as designed. All final permitting issues must be resolved and Certificate of Occupancy must be obtained. Finally, the Owner or the Owner's maintenance personnel must be trained on how to properly operate the systems installed on the project. CFC consultants well be working to make sure all of these close out items are successfully completed.
